1. How do I place a wholesale order?
You can send us an inquiry with a specific model, quantity, material, color and delivery date. We will prepare a price offer and production schedule, and after approval we will proceed with the order.

2. Can I order a selected model in any quantity?
Yes — we operate as a wholesaler and manufacturer: we can sew the selected model (dress, jacket, trousers) in the specified quantity for your order, subject to agreeing on the minimum number of pieces.

3. What does the production process look like and what is the lead time?
After approving the details (materials, color, size range) we proceed to production. The lead time depends on the model and the number of pieces ordered — we usually determine it individually when preparing the offer.

4. Can I see material samples or patterns before ordering?
Yes — upon request we can present available fabrics, colors and finishing details so you can make an informed decision.

5. Where is your headquarters located and can we visit you?
Botega Elena Company is based in Łódź. We are also present at the PTAK Fashion City shopping and wholesale center in Rzgów near Łódź — we invite you to contact us and arrange a visit.

6. Do you offer the option to change materials, colors or size range?
Yes — working with us, you can specify the material, colors and size range tailored to your needs and the market you operate in.

7. What if the product does not meet expectations or has a defect?
In case of detecting a defect or non-compliance of the product with the agreement, please contact us immediately. We offer solutions in accordance with the terms of the commercial agreement: correction, replacement or agreed compensation.

8. What is the return policy for wholesale production?
Wholesale orders are made to individual orders — therefore return conditions are determined individually in the commercial agreement. Usually it is accepted that changes after production or returns due to size mismatch may be limited.

9. Is cooperation on a private label / own brand basis possible?
Yes — we offer the possibility of production for your brand (private label) according to arrangements: model, labels, size range, colors.

10. What payment methods do you accept and what are the terms?
Payment methods and terms (advance payment, payment after delivery, etc.) are determined individually in the offer. Usually for production orders an advance payment is indicated before starting production.

11. Do you ship orders abroad?
Yes — we are able to fulfill orders for the foreign market. Transport conditions, customs and taxes are determined in the agreement or commercial offer.
